Online Reservations

Individuals can make reservations by calling 1-800-404.5544 or using the on-line system.  Please identify yourself as a part of the California Bus Association group to ensure you receive your special rate.

When reservations are made, you will be required to give a deposit equal to the room rate and tax for the first night for each reservation. Room rates and resort fees are subject to tax, which is currently 10% and subject to the California Tourism Assessment Fee of .3%. Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.

The group rates will be honored three (3) days before (from October 16, 2018) group arrival and three (3) days after (through October 26, 2018) group departure based on room and rate availability.

It is important that you contact the resort at least twenty-one (21) days prior to your arrival date and identify themselves as part of the CBA group, and provide your name, home or business address, email address (if any), requested type of room, requested bed type (i.e. king, double/double, queen or suites), check-in and check-out dates, and VIP status. Any requests for special room arrangements must be made at the time of this call. The Resort does not confirm reservations to the individual in writing.

The daily resort fee is $15.00 and includes the following:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.

Deluxe Guest Room - single/double  $145.00

Upgraded Room Types - limited availability and reservations must be made by phone.

Fireplace Suite Forest View  $175.00
Deluxe Fireplace Suite Valley View - $195.00
Bi-Level One Bedroom Fireplace Suite - $205.00

The upgraded rooms have limited availability. 


Room Block Cut-off - September 29, 2018

The California Bus Association is financially responsible for meeting our room block. If you hold rooms that you are not going to use and then cancel them just prior to the show date, it creates a financial hardship on the association. One year we exceeded our room block weeks prior to the show and many attendees were unable to acquire a room at the host hotel. Just prior to the show a large number of rooms were canceled and our room pick up dropped below our contracted room block. Due to negotiations with the hotel we avoided paying the $6,000 in attrition fees. Please only reserve what you are going to use. We do not want to waste association funds on attrition charges.

Those registrants who register within the group block, provide a confirmation number with their convention registration and occupy those rooms will receive a $20.00 discount per company.
