  • This registration applies CBA members ONLY

    IF YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT HOLD A CBA MEMBERSHIP, please go back and select the appropriate registration option.
  • This registration applies to all NON-CBA members.

    Note:
    Registration for the August 12th virtual program: Mastering the Roads and Routes: Comprehensive Strategies for Drivers and Fleet Management" will be offered to your organization at no charge.

    You will also have an opportunity to register additional guests at the end of the registration form.
  • This registration applies to all attendees planning to only observe and cheer on the competitors (both CBA Member and Non-Member companies.
  • Includes individuals assisting in the facilitation of the event.
  • This applies to a maximum of one team member from our transportation sponsor.

CBA's Dennis Easley Memorial Bus Roadeo
July 8 - 9, 2024

Element Ontario Hotel

CBA is proud to bring back an event that was much loved and appreciated. Honoring one of the most supportive individuals of the event, it has been named in his honor as the "Dennis Easley Memorial Bus Roadeo." For 2024, we invite drivers from California and surrounding states to join us to test their skills and earn recognition.

The bus roadeo will be facilitated by Mark Szper

Pricing for the Roadeo will be $125 for CBA Member Drivers and $175 for Non-CBA Member Drivers.  ($50 for Non-Competing Observers)

Additionally, an exciting new program has been added this year. ABA's BISC Council has created a companion program for CBA titled "Mastering the Roads and Routes: Comprehensive Strategies for Drivers and Fleet Management." This virtual half-day session will be held on August 12th, offering valuable insights and training. Pricing for this session is $75 per company access. Companies with drivers competing in the Roadeo will be able to attend the August companion program at no charge.  (separate registration is required)

Facilitated by Mark L Szyperski of On Your Mark Transportation, LLC.  As Mark also facilitates the UMA Driver Roadeo, this is an excellent local primer for companies hoping to compete at the UMA EXPO.   Thank you Mark for this generous sponsorship of your time and expertise!

Non-competing observers are also welcome to register and cheer on their company drivers for a small fee.  

COMPETITION AGENDA

Monday July 8 - 

    2pm - Competing Drivers arrive and check in at the Element Ontario Hotel
    3pm - Welcomes, Overview and Written Test
    6pm - Sponsored Dinner

Tuesday, July 9

    7am - Breakfast
    8am - Board bus for Toyota Arena / Competition Lot
    8:30am - Walk-through of course
    9am - Roadeo Begins!
    12:30p -Lunch and Awards & Photos!
    2pm - Event Concludes

CBA has arranged for a limited room block with a rate of $160.
